• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond pgknbd's reasonable control.

• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the loss of bonus funds or winnings due to a breach.

pgknbd's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pgknbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
